Ray Wings 

Skate wings
1 tbsp Chinese Five Spice Powder
50g Plain Flour
2 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
1 tsp Salt
Mix the flour, five-spice powder and salt together in a shallow bowl, then coat the fish in the spice mix, make sure it’s evenly distributed.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan set over a medium-high heat. 
Put the fish in the frying pan and cook for 4 minutes on each side until slightly browned.
Serve immediately with some bok Choi or steamed broccoli.
