The Solaris grapes have been grown without any application of organic sprays or pesticides for over four years. This means that the grapes are not only 100% natural, but they also exceed the organic level. Winbirri takes an environmentally conscious approach to wine production, and the grapes are grown sustainably to preserve the beauty and health of the land. Very pale lemon. Creamy, custard and lemon on the nose. Juicy yellow fruits, apples with a crisp balance and attractive nuance.
