A classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier made using the traditional method. The wine has a persistent lively mousse, with a complex nose of apple, warm honey and toast. On the palate there are notes of orchard fruits and shortbread biscuits. Balanced acidity with a long, refreshing fruit finish.

Grape: Chardonnay 39%, Pinot Noir 51%, Pinot Meunier 10% 

Alcohol 12.5%
