This elegant wine is made from 100% Bacchus (often referred to as the Sauvignon Blanc of England). It has gentle aromas of grapefruit, gooseberry and a touch of tropical fruit and on the palate is clean and crisp with a touch of peach, gooseberry and citrus.
Food pairing: Perfect as an aperitif or with fish, chicken or even spicy food.
