This is the eighth release of the multi-award winning ‘signature’ sparkling wine predominantly from the small but exquisitely formed 2020 vintage. 

The wine boasts a delicate pink salmon colour and a generous nose of candied strawberry and raspberry aromas. It has a rich and very fruity palate that is wonderfully rounded and shows great complexity and intensity.

This wine is the perfect aperitif but will also be a fantastic match with a baked trout fillet with lemons. A real treat for a dinner party!

Grape: 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay
