Hailing from the local area of Buxted Park, the combination of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grapes produces this classic English Sparkling White Wine, which is expertly made by renowned winemaker, Will Davenport. The wine demonstrates a vibrant nose, with floral and almond notes, lovely autolytic character, excellent mouthfeel with great flavour development.
