A premium blend of fruity Rondo red grapes and crisp Solaris white grapes, and inspired by the sweeping shingle beach along the River Wye, portrayed on the label. Alluring summer berry aromas burst through with hints of green tea. The refreshing flavours of strawberries and limes balance the sweetness with a medium dry finish. Perfect for sunny alfresco dining. Rondo and Solaris grapes are both exceptional for planting in the cooler British climate, the Rondo is a dark-skinned grape bursting in cherry fruitiness. Solaris flourishes in the cooler climates of the Herefordshire soil, as a crisp white grape. Together they blend to form a Rosé you almost wouldn’t believe was from England.
Food pairing: pair with English cheese and crackers for an afternoon in the sunshine.
