Around a decade ago the first ‘Trouble with Dreams’ vintages went on sale- the 2009, 2010 and 2011, rapidly gaining critical acclaim and widely proclaimed as the best sparkling wines in the UK. Every subsequent vintage has had big shoes to fill, and we’re delighted to say the 2018 ‘Trouble' is a classic, displaying all the qualities of the exceptional growing season that year. Floral and expressive, the initial release of this wine was disgorged in early January 2023, so it has now benefitted from several months on cork and will continue to age beautifully. The dosage is just 6g/L, it is pure and delineated, with only 6,200 bottles produced.
